8 cherry tomatoes
8 mini mozzarella balls
4 slices of lean deli ham, folded or rolled
8 fresh basil leaves
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced into ribbons
Wooden or bamboo skewers
Preparation
Directions
1.Prepare your skewers by alternating ingredients. Start with a cherry tomato, then add a mini mozzarella ball, followed by a folded slice of ham, a basil leaf, and a cucumber ribbon.
2.Repeat the sequence once more on the same skewer.
3.Arrange on a plate and serve fresh. Optionally, drizzle with a light balsamic glaze or a touch of olive oil for extra flavor
