2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh thyme sprigs (optional, for garnish)

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place turkey breast in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Spread the mustard spice mixture evenly over the turkey breast, coating it completely.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and roast for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the turkey is cooked through.
Let the turkey breast rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs, if desired, and serve warm.
