Ingredients
2 salmon fillets ( 6 oz / 170g each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup (60g) low-fat cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt and pepper, to taste

Direction
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Once the salmon is done, transfer it to plates.
5. Top each fillet with a generous dollop of the lemon-dill cream cheese sauce.
Garnish with additional fresh dill and a slice of lemon.
